Israel Bound

Israel Bound is a three week summer Israel experience for St. Louis teens in 10th-12th grade through the Jewish Federation of St. Louis. The group travels throughout the country exploring Israel's rich history, culture, and natural beauty. Teens get to:

-Explore ancient Jerusalem and modern Tel Aviv

-Climb Masada at sunrise

-Connect with Israeli teens

-Raft the Jordan River

-Snorkel and swim in Eilat

-Ride a camel in the Negev desert

-Reflect at the Kotel, Western Wall

-Surf in the Mediterranean

It is a project of the Reform Teen Initiative whose member congregations include United Hebrew Congregation, Congregation Shaare Emeth, Central Reform Congregation, Congregation Temple Israel, and Temple Emanuel. The Initiative is funded in part by a grant from the Jewish Federation of St. Louis.
